EQU-18591 - USA (Appleton, Wisconsin) - Jail Intercom Replacement System - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide jail intercom replacement system to the government authority located in Appleton, WI.       – Intercom system is a Telecor analog intercom system that includes several master stations and is integrated into the jail’s HMI touchscreen control system.– A door control intercom system as an integral part of the security control processing equipment.– Multiple digital communication controllers are to be networked together via digital audio trunks and Ethernet data networks to form larger 53 systems.– Administrator software to function on a standard PC to support system configuration, diagnostics, maintenance and logging but not be required for system operation.– Administrator software to employ Windows features including views of system tree structure, tables of devices, screens for system settings and adjustments, and tables of operational data.– Intercom stations will be mounted in detention security door frames others will mount in wall boxes.– Door frame mounted intercom stations shall be designed for mounting in standard 2–gang outlet box.– Pushbuttons are to be software assignable for placement of call requests.– Provide a new door control intercom system.– Desktop Master Stations with PoE.– Digital communications expanders as required.– The system shall include new intercom stations, masters and head–end system.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting site visit will be held on July 01, 2026.
