The County of Orange (County), Office of Care Coordination hereby invites qualified Respondents to submit a proposal for Coordinator for Coordinated Entry System for Survivors. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to allow qualified Respondents to present proposals that will assist the County in operating as Coordinator for Coordinated Entry System for Survivors, by partnering with the County in the form of an actual cost contract.
