Vendor needs to provide comprehensive condition assessment services to the government authority located in Godfrey, IL.– Identify existing deficiencies, maintenance needs, repairs, coderelated concerns, safety issues, accessibility concerns, and anticipated capital improvements necessary to maintain the village hall in a safe, functional, and cost–effective condition– Provide the Village with a prioritized list of recommended repairs, replacement projects, and maintenance activities, together with estimated costs and anticipated timing of improvements.
