Pre Employment Background Investigations

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from private investigating firms to conduct extensive pre-employment background investigations for sworn fire personnel, for the City of Pasadena Fire Department. The consultant will be responsible for developing, conducting, and reporting on background investigations for approximately 50 potential candidates each year. The term will be for five (5) years from the date of the execution of the contract unless terminated earlier or extended per the terms of the contract.
