Restroom Supplies

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish restroom paper materials and soap supplies for usage in approximately forty (40) City-owned buildings. Paper materials and soap supplies are required to meet various specifications, dimensions, and green/environmental designations; see Bid Specifications section for details. Vendor will deliver materials and supplies to one (1) centralized warehouse location for distribution as needed. City reserves the right to add additional delivery locations at no additional cost, if needed. Orders are typically placed one (1) to two (2) times per month in various quantities; see Bid Table section for an estimate of annual quantities purchased. City reserves the right to change delivery frequency as needed at no additional cost. The bid term is for two years, with an option for a one-year extension. This project is managed by the Department of Public Works (Building Systems & Fleet Management Division), City of Pasadena, California.
