Request for Proposals for Medical Equipment Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Management Support Services

PROJECT BACKGROUND Located in South San Francisco, the North County Wellness Center will deliver vital County health and social services in one location. Services will include Primary Care, Dental, Optometry, Medical Specialty services, and one-stop shop for assistance with regards to Human Services Agency benefit programs. The NCWC will be in a new ground-up three-story building approximately 74,000 SF. The building will be occupied Fall of 2026, and it will include 20,000 SF OSHPD three (3) medical clinic at the ground level and office use on the second floor and about a third of the third floor. San Mateo County is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to supplement the Medical FF&E procurement that will be led by San Mateo County staff for the NCWC.
