EXTRA-72917 - USA (Kaua’i, Hawaii) - Caregiver Support Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide caregiver support services to the government authority located in Kaua’i, HI. – Provide caregiver support services which offer temporary relief to informal family caregivers and prevent institutionalization of care recipients.  – Provide assistance to caregivers either in the form of access or care coordination in circumstances where the older person being cared for is experiencing diminished functioning capacities, personal conditions or other characteristics which require the provision of services by formal service providers or family caregivers.– Services includes counseling to individuals, support groups, and caregiver training (of individual caregivers and families).– Counseling services are offered to assist caregivers in making decisions and solving problems relating to their caregiving roles, this includes counseling to individuals, support groups, and caregiver training (of individual caregivers and families). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
