AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN TITLE III GRANT FUNDED SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY, DISABLED AND THEIR CAREGIVERS

It is the intention of these specifications to provide a variety of services to the elderly and their caregivers funded under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Title III. These services will only be funded for a period of May 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023. Current date all funds must be expended for this grant by is September 30, 2024, however this date is subject to change. The services being solicited include Assisted Transportation, Information and Assistance, Outreach, Language Translation and Interpretation, Education, Socialization and Recreation, Mental Health, Physical Health, Physical Activity, Assistive Technology, Friendly Visiting, Residential Maintenance, Housekeeping, Housing Assistance, Congregate Nutrition, Home Delivered Meals: Kosher Meals, Home Delivered Meals, Nutrition Education, National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP) Support Group, NFCSP Adult Day Care Social, NFCSP Adult Day Care Medical, and Grandparents National Family Caregiver Support Program (GP NFCSP) Support Group.
