Description
It is the intention of these specifications to provide a variety of services to the elderly and their caregivers funded under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Title III. These services will only be funded for a period of January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023. The services being solicited include Assistive Technology, Assisted Transportation, Care Management, Information and Assistance, Outreach, Public Awareness, Education, Professional Legal Assistance and Representation, Mental Health, Housing Assistance, Home Delivered Meals including Kosher Meals, Congregate Meals for Older Residents, Support Group for Caregivers and Grandparents, and Social Adult Day Services for Caregivers
