(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot construction services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Contractor shall designate a supervisor to represent the contractor.– The Supervisor will be in attendance at the site for the duration of work.– The Supervisor will have the authority to direct and schedule the work, will attend all project meetings, and will coordinate the work of subcontractors.– The Supervisor will ensure that all safety and security measures, use of premises guidelines, and facility and temporary controls are adhered to at all times.– Access through the site must be available throughout construction.– Contractor will use appropriate signal persons to control entry of the site during construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on July 3, 2026.
