(1) Vendor needs to provide work management system assessment service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Providing similar services to utilities (municipal utilities preferred) to conduct a detailed assessment of the retain as–is modernize and replace alternatives (including replace in whole or replace specific functionality).– Conduct a detailed analysis of the current in–house developed work management system, AIMS, versus a COTS solution.–  system comprises multiple modules utilized by Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing departments. – Identify gaps in the existing environment vs. commercial off–the–shelf (COTS) systems.– Identify and assess an off–the–shelf work management system that should include both SaaS and on–premises solutions.– 24x7x365 Technical support and vendor reliability.– Timeline and resources needed to implement a new COTS system vs. retaining and modernizing the current work management system.– Provide detailed assumptions when the feasibility of direct integration with any current AIMS–connected system or process cannot be confirmed without additional discovery or technical validation.– Complete an Integration response matrix or supply an equivalent structured matrix that maps the proposed solution’s compatibility with each existing interface.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) Pre–bid mandatory telephone conference will be held on August 12, 2026.
