RFP 26-016 Online Assessment & Data Management System

The Bridgeton Board of Education is seeking competitive proposals from qualified respondents to provide an online assessment and data management system for the district (K-12). Scope of Services: The company shall provide Online assessments for all content areas and grade levels K-12 such as benchmarks, progress monitoring and screeners aligned with NJSLS standards, as well as the ability to upload the district assessments and create customized assessments. Management system to include integration of data points from State and District platforms that can be incorporated with customizable reports. Data Analysis Reports that are customizable include reports that identify trends and patterns in longitudinal data, as well as subgroup analysis reports to assist with intervention management. Customer Support, as well as teacher professional development. Professional development for administrators and teachers Evaluation Criteria: - Benchmark assessments aligned to the NJ Student Learning Standards- all content areas and grade levels. - Progress Monitoring Assessments - all content areas and grade levels. - Ability to upload district created assessments - Ability to integrate State Data, specifically NJSLA and ACCESS - Ability to integrate district data management systems, currently Genesis, Imagine Math, and Achieve 3000 - Customizable Data Reports - Provide Analysis trends for local and state assessments for all appropriate grade levels - Provide intervention management reports for all content areas and grade levels - Professional development for administrators and teachers - Customer Support for program management
