(1) Vendor needs to provide shipboard a–frame system to the government authority located in King, WA.– System shall comprise two hydraulic cylinders that operate in parallel, two double–reeved side–mounted winches, and one deck winch that is single–reeved over the center block of the A–frame.– One complete A–frame launch–and–recovery system including all structural components, hydraulic cylinders, winches, HPU, control console, hoses, FAT, documentation package, and associated accessories.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
