(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services.– Provide comprehensive redesign of its website, the digital front door for a network.– Strategy and information architecture: Restructure navigation around the needs of prospective families, current families, prospective staff, donors, and community partners, with intuitive audience pathways from the homepage.– Design system: Establish consistent page layouts, typography, imagery, color usage, and calls to action that reflect friendship's brand guidelines while allowing campuses to highlight their individual cultures.– Content and storytelling: Align copy, photography, and video with friendship's messaging framework, ensuring every school page connects back to the broader friendship story.– School directory: Build searchable, filterable directory pages allowing families to identify schools by grade level, location, program, and ward.– Careers microsite integration: Create a seamless transition between the main site and the careers platform through unified navigation and visual experience.– Search engine and AI optimization: Improve page–one visibility for high–intent charter school searches through stronger positioning, location–specific pages, and enrolment–focused content.– Accessibility and performance: Deliver a fully responsive, mobile–optimized site meeting ADA standards, including color contrast, navigation accessibility, and link visibility.– Content migration: Consolidate and streamline existing content, elevating priority pages for families and staff while relocating compliance and administrative material.– Provide design, development, testing, training, and post–launch support, and collaborate closely with Friendship's communications team throughout.
