The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide asbestos abatement of four (4) residential structures owned by Waterworks located at 824, 826, 828 Stewart's Road and 9542 Diascund Reservoir Road at the Diascund Reservoir in Lanexa, VA.
