The City of Florissant seeks a request for proposal for Demolition/Land Clearance and Clean-up of Various Properties in Florissant. * IMPORTANT NOTE : Bids must include asbestos testing and abatement, utility disconnects, and demolition for up to 3 structures: 1 multi-family structure, and 2 residential structures, the associated accessory structures, and pavements (not including public sidewalk). The City of Florissant has deemed the structures at the following addresses a nuisance and uninhabitable. 1475 Carla Dr. - Multi-Family - In Special Hazard Area - AE (100yr Floodplain) 1285 Washington Dr. - Residential 1440 St. Anthony Ln. - Residential Electronic submissions will be received by the City of Florissant’s Engineering Division until 2:00 pm on Friday, December 19th, 2025, at which time, at said office, bids will be publicly opened.
