111 Ralston Ridge Residential Structures Demolition and Abatement

The City of Santa Cruz, Department of Public Works is accepting sealed bids for the ' Project Title Submit bids up to, but no later than 3:00pm PDT on Thursday, September 2, 2021. The County is only accepting electronic bid submissions at https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/santacruzcounty Scope of Work: This project involves the demolition of two separate structures, including their foundations, and associated site improvements at 111 Ralston Ridge, Boulder Creek, California 95006 as detailed in the specifications and on the project plans. An Asbestos Inspection and Sampling and Lead-based Paint Survey was conducted at the property. Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) were found in the home at 111 Ralston Ridge. Lead based paint was found in both 111 Ralston Ridge and 113 Ralston Ridge. Abatement of the ACMs and lead-based paint is included under this contract. See Attachment A – Asbestos Inspection and Sampling and Lead-based Paint Survey for additional details. Time of Completion : It is the intent of the County to minimize disruptions to neighbors. Therefore all work shall be completed within 40 calendar days of execution of the contract, and within 15 working days of the start of demolition operations on the site, whichever is sooner.
