The scope of functionality for the proposed solution is to include: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Time and Attendance, Reporting, and other functionality included within the requirements section of this RFP. There is an expectation that the chosen solution will have easily, intuitive navigation for both applicants and employees. Interested and qualified companies who have demonstrated their ability, at comparable work, are invited to submit proposals.
