Human Resources Case Management Software

The scope of work for this RFP is to deliver an “Out of the Box” Case Management system that can be implemented with minimal customization and that meets the current and future needs of the County. This includes ongoing support and maintenance for the solution if hosted. The awarded Contractor will be expected to work with the County’s Department of Technology to ensure all requirements are met, including installation of software, initial training, system updates as well as system guidance/material. All pricing must be proposed using County document Appendix I – Pricing. The selected vendor will be responsible for Implementation, support and maintenance of the selected Case Management Solution. The County seeks a fixed price contract. It is the expectation of the County that the proposed pricing will be highly competitive.
