RFP for Statewide Business Consulting Services

The State of Louisiana is seeking proposers who are interested in providing on-demand Business Consulting Services across multiple functional categories to support Louisiana State agencies. These services are intended to provide access to qualified consulting professionals who can assist agencies with strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives. This is a qualification-based, multi-award statewide contract (Tier One Contract). The Contractor(s) awarded under Tier One will be eligible to compete in a Tier Two process, where Using Agencies will issue project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs) through the Requests for Response (RFRs) process to obtain consulting services tailored to the individual Agency needs. Services may include: Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Team Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, Compliance and Auditing, and Financial Advisement and Planning.
