The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (M-NCPPC or Commission) Office of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified consulting firms to develop and implement a two-phase socio-economic business preference program and make revisions to corresponding M-NCPPC procurement regulations. The successful offeror will assist the M-NCPPC in development of Preference Programs for Local/Small Businesses and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE).
