Buskirk-Chumley Theater HVAC Install Project

General work description: This project, titled ‘Buskirk-Chumley Theater HVAC Install,’ shall include, but is not limited to, the installation of a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, along with associated electrical infrastructure upgrades, at the historic Buskirk-Chumley Theater, located in Bloomington, Indiana. The intent is to improve occupant comfort, enhance energy efficiency, and support modern operational needs while preserving the building’s historic integrity. All work must follow the approved design plans, meet the City of Bloomington's requirements, and be completed within the project’s established timeline and budget. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA) procurement requirements. All equipment and applicable materials incorporated into the project, including items such as conduit, wire, steel, iron, and similar components, must be approved by the Indiana Office of Energy Development (IOED) for BABA compliance.
