Admin. HVAC Upgrade Project

Ben Franklin Transit is accepting sealed bids for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . BFT intends on awarding a contract to a Washington State Licensed Company for the Admin. HVAC Upgrade Project at the BFT Administration building located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. The project will include the purchase and installation of two new HVAC units and removal of an existing HVAC unit that will be returned to BFT for future use. The Contractors bid will include Prevailing Wage Labor costs, materials, equipment, certifications, freight, permits, transportation and services required to remove and install the new systems in accordance with Local, State, Federal specifications and regulations. Contractor will be responsible for all local or state permits required for installation. Materials, equipment and fixtures used for construction are to be new, latest products as listed in manufacture’s printed catalog data and are to be UL or ETL listed and labeled or be approved by State, County and City authorities prior to procurement and installation.
