(1) Vendor needs to provide postage and mailing services to the government authority located in Akron, OH. • Monthly, print approximately 2,950 rent statements on perforated paper based on an electronic file provided.• Monthly, fold, and stuff in window envelopes supplied by proposer approximately 2,950 rent statements.• Monthly, presort approximately 2,950 rent statements.• Daily, pick up outgoing mail at various locations (see attached list of locations) to ensure mail is delivered to USPS same day• Daily, presort outgoing mail, approximately 11,530 pieces per month.• As needed for special project fold and stuff in envelopes.• Various departments at occasionally have special projects and need to print color and black and white documents.• Provider will bill / invoice monthly by the tenth of the following month for services render in the previous month.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
