PM-23561 - USA (Atlanta, Georgia) - Utility Bill Printing and Mailing Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility bill printing and mailing services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.– Provide printing, inserting, mailing, and electronic delivery (e–billing) of water and sewer bills. – Production and delivery of invoices and correspondence to utility customers via paper mail or via email in accordance with our billing schedule.– Provide a solution that allows for expedited changes to forms and envelopes to accommodate changes, additions or deletions and topical content on billing statements.– Provide interface for final proofing of bill records prior to release.– Improve postal records through electronic reports.– Maintain current postal discounts and achieve additional postal discounts where eligible and appropriate.– Reduce costs for invoice and correspondence production and delivery to customers.– Ability to send out paper only bills, electronic only bills; or, paper and electronic bills, depending on customer’s choice.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
