Assembly, Postage and Mail Services

The City of Pontiac would like to mail CPREA notices to approximately 1,000- 1,200 potential recipients. The details for this project are as follows: 1000-1200 potential recipients The printed materials could amount to a maximum of 50 pages. With the exception of the cover letter, the remaining pages could be double-sided. The vendor would have to create the labels from the lists to be provided. Printing costs should cover the copying charges. Envelopes would need to be factored in, more than likely 9x12 size. Postage would need to be factored in as well, first class. The items would need to be mailed out as soon as the information is given to them (within a 14-day timeframe).
