(1) Vendor needs to provide capital conference services to the government authority located in Ithaca, NY.– Facility to host its Fall 2026 Statewide Capital Conference.– The conference will begin at 11:00 AM on Day One and adjourn at 12:30 PM on Day Three.– Participants will begin arriving on 11:00 AM on Day One and adjourn at 12:30 PM on Day Three.– Have adequate space to conduct the statewide facility managers conference for up to 130 attendees– Breakout rooms must be separate from main meeting room– Have the capability to host a dinner for a minimum of 130 attendees, in one room– Provide two tables in a designated registration area.– Include complimentary Wi–Fi for guests and conference attendees– Include state of the art audio visual equipment and onsite technical support.– The conference space must include one centrally located main registration area – The conference space must include one Main Meeting Room. – The hotel must include three Breakout Rooms for Day One, Day Two, and Day Three – One room suitable for 130 seated attendees AND multiple instructors in classroom seating arrangement – Audio–Visual Equipment available on site which shall include: – Podiums, projectors, screens, wireless microphones, lapel microphones, and be wired for sound (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2026.
