RENTAL-2710 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Conference Facility Rental Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide conference facility rental service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– provide all lodging accommodation, meeting space, conference services, audio/visual support, parking, and related services necessary to successfully host the annual conference. – Conference will be conducted over four (4) consecutive days, including attendee arrival and departure, and will require four (3) room nights.– Contractor must ensure that all proposed dates can accommodate the meeting space, lodging, audiovisual, food and beverage, and other event requirements.– Provide a minimum of three hundred (300) total direct–bill room nights for conference attendees.– Rates shall be locked at the time of contract execution and shall not increase for the duration of the agreement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
