Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to establish a contract or contracts for the provision of security guard services at various City of Norfolk (“City”) facilities. The City is seeking a qualified firm (the “Contractor”) with demonstrated experience in the provision of high quality security services using armed and unarmed mobile/roving security officers, twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty five (365) days a year, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP.
