Description
The purpose of this RFP is to contract for the services of a Consultant to carry out an assessment study of programs offered by the City of Norfolk’s Department of Recreation, Parks, and Open Spaces (“RPOS”), as well as a feasibility study for the development of a sports complex in the City of Norfolk, Virginia (the “City”). The objective of the desired assessment study is to evaluate and provide recommendations on several items including, but not limited to, organizational structure, programs and services, fees related to program(s), strengthening community and school partnerships, as well as best practices for implementation of the RPOS programs.
