Description
The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select a contractor that can provide a computerized case management system, customization, annual hosting, maintenance and support, and cloud-based data, image and file storage to be utilized by the San Mateo County Coroner's Office ("Coroner's Office"). The selected contractor will provide a software solution that enables comprehensive and effective management of cases, improves workflow efficiencies and enhances collaboration among staff members. The Scope of Work in Section 2 of this RFP provides the requirements in more detail.
