(1) Vendor needs to provide document review legal services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY. – Provide legal services related to the proposed sale and conveyance of property interests located on college campus.– Provide independent legal counsel with expertise in complex real estate transactions involving governmental entities and utility companies.– Review and analyze the letter of intent and transaction documents; negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, and access agreements; review title, surveys, environmental reports, zoning and land use issues.– Provide negotiation support.– Prepare and review closing documents; and assist through closing of the transaction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
