(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY. – Provide acquisition, disposition, marketing, listing, and related real estate brokerage services.– Market and seek purchasers for owned properties.– Develop marketing strategies and listing materials for vacant land, commercial buildings, and residential properties for sale.– Provide opinions of value, market analyses, and pricing recommendations.– Identify potential parcels and properties that meet acquisition criteria, including vacant land, commercial buildings, and residential properties.– Conduct market research and assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities.– Negotiate equitable purchase prices and transaction.– Coordinate activities necessary to bring acquisitions to closing. provide closing counsel.– Assist with lease negotiations and determination of fair market rental rates for commercial leasing opportunities, as requested.– Provide periodic reporting on marketing efforts, transaction status, and market conditions.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
