(1) Vendor needs to provide park master planning consulting services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide as–needed park master planning consulting services. – Project website development and maintenance.– Need for park master planning for the overall design, site context, access and connectivity, wayfinding, and zones of use to ensure that park and recreation facilities are effectively integrated into their surroundings.– Schematic design.– Interior space planning.– Code research.– Grant writing to secure funding for municipal facilities projects.– Design policy development.– Acoustical design.– Security systems and fire life safety design.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
