The Pinellas County Office of Resilience and Asset Management (ORAM) is committed to working with County Departments to effectively manage over four billion dollars in physical assets throughout their life cycle. OAM utilizes County-adopted, industry-wide best practices which are aligned with the ISO55000 framework to extend asset performance and life at the lowest life-cycle cost. Training and education are vital components of this process. It is essential that this Department has a Learning Management System (LMS) that supports the overall training needs required to meet the County’s strategic objective of comprehensive asset management.
