Description
The City of Surprise Arizona is accepting sealed bids/proposals for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . This will be a Construction Manager-at-Risk Project pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 34. This project is for the construction of a new park located on City of Surprise owned land at the Southwest Corner of Greenway Road and Parkview Place (APN 501-18-526). The new Countryside Park will provide added lit flexible sports fields for City of Surprise programs as well as create further rental opportunities for youth teams in Surprise. This could also be a potential shared usage with other groups and agencies and would anticipate to be similar to the existing Mark Coronado Park.
