The CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO invites sealed written proposals for the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCIO NEW PARK AT LINDEN AND PINE AVENUE (“Project”), located at 616 and 700 Linden Avenue, South San Francisco, California (the “Site”). The Project generally consists of the following: demolition of the existing 0.32-acre parking lot at 700, vacant lot at 616 Linden Avenue and an approximately 100-foot section of Pine Avenue, and the construction of a new neighborhood park. The new park will contain a plaza/outdoor event space, lawns, picnic areas, play structures, a fitness and games area, stub ups for a potential restroom, new parking areas, new one way lane, new lighting and landscaping as shown on the plans. The estimated construction value is $3,450,000. All bid proposals must be filed on or before 9 :00 AM Pacific, March 16, 2026
