Description
Cobb County ("county" or "Owner") is issuing this solicitation for the Construction of a New and Renovation of Existing Restroom Building at Noonday Park. Submissions shall be received before 12:00pm on Thursday June 11, 2026 via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cobbcoga . Late submissions will not be accepted. Project will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, etc. pursuant to the scope of work, specifications, plans, conditions, and addenda for the construction of a restroom facility and the renovation of an existing restroom facility at Noonday Park.
