(1) Vendor needs to provide public health infrastructure services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Develop a clear, actionable public health performance measurement framework.– Improve how public health data are transformed into compelling, accessible stories for decision–makers and the community, and to enhance the use of analytics for everyday management decisions, operational improvements, and strategic resource allocation.– Develop a framework to define and measure success across key Public Health functions, informed by best practices from peer government and public health organizations.– Align performance measures with strategic priorities, community outcomes, and state and federal reporting requirements.– Enhance communication of Public Health performance and impact through clear, compelling data storytelling for both internal and external audiences.– Strengthen the Department’s ability to use operational insights to inform management decisions, building upon existing analytics capabilities such as metadata inventories, dashboard prototypes, communication practices, and performance measurement frameworks.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
