Lac La Biche County invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the planning, financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Senior Living Village within the County. The County recognizes the growing need for seniors’ housing and supportive care options that allow residents to remain close to family, friends, and their community throughout all stages of aging. The County is seeking an experienced private-sector partner who shares this vision and can deliver an innovative, financially sustainable, and high-quality development through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) or similar delivery model.
