CCA PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

Child Care Associates (CCA), based in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape architecture and playground design services for four (4) early education child care facilities. The scope includes both design and build construction for each playground project. The goal is to create safe, accessible, and developmentally appropriate outdoor environments that foster physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children. Selected firm will design inclusive, age-appropriate play spaces aligned with best practices in early childhood education and applicable regulatory standards. The design-build scope covers all four sites and should reflect a unified and comprehensive approach for all four projects listed in this posting.
