The County of Orange Social Services Agency is requesting proposals from non-profit organizations, private businesses, and public institutions and agencies to provide Home Visiting Services to eligible pregnant or parenting participants in the California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) program. Organizations with the ability to provide Home Visiting Services in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services approved “evidence-based” models as described at https://homvee.acf.hhs.gov/implementation are strongly encouraged to apply once the bid is released.
