The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive Parks & Recreation Needs Assessment. The consultant will collect and analyze data from multiple sources to develop a clear set of goals for the City’s parks, facilities, and programs for the next five years. The consultant will work closely with the community, City staff, the Parks & Recreation Commission, the City Council, and other stakeholders to determine gaps in Parks & Recreation programming and feasibility of goals based on availability of City parks and facilities.
