Description

The City of Palo Alto (“the City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory of all GHG emissions within the City for calendar year 2023. The GHG Inventory should include both a Community GHG Inventory as well as a Municipal GHG Inventory. Upon successful completion of the GHG Inventory for calendar year 2023, the consultant will be tasked with conducting a GHG Inventory for calendar years 2024 and 2025. Proposals should not exceed $45,000 per year for Tasks 1 and 2. The required services and performance conditions are described in this Scope of Work (or Services). The GHG inventory for calendar year 2023 should be completed by February 28, 2025. The GHG inventory for calendar year 2024 should be completed by February 27, 2026. The GHG inventory for calendar year 2025 should be completed by February 26, 2027.
