The City of Homestead is seeking to retain a qualified vendor to provide materials, equipment and labor to Print and install banners along Krome Ave, 137 Ave, and Campbell Drive within Homestead city limits. We are also looking to have a second set of just the banners printed so we can switch out when needed. The quote should also include graphic design service . Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule. This project is made possible through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, so strict timeliness requirements apply.
