ITQ#158100VT Crane Services for Redland Electric Distribution Pole Installation and as needed

The purpose of this Request for Quote (ITQ) is to select a qualified vendor to provide crane services Redland Electric Distribution Pole installation project and additional services until September 30, 2024. The objective of this project is to support the installation of 13.2 kV high-voltage distribution lines by safely and efficiently lifting and placing concrete power poles. The work includes handling associated materials necessary to Install and fortify the electrical infrastructure in the Electric Territory of Homestead. By ensuring the precise and secure installation of the poles, the project aims to enhance the city's resilience to storms and to Install new feeders for our future growth while meeting project deadlines and budget requirements. The contractor shall provide the City with appropriate Insurance acceptable to the City’s Risk Manager. The Vendor shall provide services as described in the scope below, supporting Electric Distribution on an “as needed” basis in close collaboration with City construction crews. And has experience with high-voltage distribution lines.
