The City of St. Petersburg (“City”) is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide pole banner supply, install, and monthly maintenance, on an as-needed basis. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, permits, and vehicles necessary for the fabrication, production, installation, maintenance, and removal of banners.
