(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation operations system. • Transportation operations system: software to make and track transportation service requests, change orders and incidents.• Also separately seeking a Student Assignment System to make, change and maintain student assignments.• The solution shall support request prioritization based on request type and configurable business rules.• The solution shall provide queue management capabilities for transportation coordinators.• The solution shall allow authorized users to update and correct records.• The solution shall automatically create transportation requests for newly registered students based on data received from the Student Assignment System• The solution shall route requests for students without a school assignment to a designated default work group.• The solution shall retrieve this information from integrated systems• The solution should support integration or migration from existing external processes (e.g., email–based workflows).• The solution shall allow authorized staff to manually create transportation service requests with role based access.• The solution shall provide visibility into workload, backlog, and processing times.• The solution shall provide configurable prioritization rules for work queues.• The solution shall support configurable queues and dashboards for work management.
