TRANSPORTATION RELATED ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

General work description: The Land Use and Transportation Department of Washington County, Oregon (DLUT) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a transportation related asset management system. Identified below are the Pass/Fail requirements included in the Functional Requirements for the requested solution: • All Solutions: County controls Change Management including patching and updates • On Premise Components: component runs on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or above • On Premise Components: component runs on County's existing VMWare environment on Windows Server 2012 or above virtual machines • All Solutions: County maintains ownership of and access to all data • On Premise Components: Vendor’s desktop application client, if applicable, is compatible with Windows 10 Pro • Cloud Components: Vendor will participate in and successfully pass a Washington County Information Technology Services Software as a Service review The intent of this RFP is to acquire both an Asset Management System and professional services relating to its installation, conversion, migration, training and implementation. The County is looking for an agreement with a single vendor who can provide a turnkey solution with preconfigured software that will meet the complete range of functionality and related services and will be a long-term, stable partner with the County into the future.
