Description

The City of Vista Community Development Department is requesting proposals from civil engineering consulting firms to provide professional development review services in relation to drainage and water quality impacts for: • Hydrology and Hydraulic Studies (H&H) • Storm Water Quality Management Plans (SWQMPs) • Conformance between submitted reports and plans • Any additional water quality, hydrology and hydraulic, or other needs as required. The services will be on an as-needed basis. The City intends to award one contract to provide the requested services for a two-year term, with an optional extension for one additional year for a maximum term of three years from the date of the contract. The services will be conducted under a contract with the City of Vista.
